1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and lv999 ("lv999", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the lv999 online gaming platform available at lv999.ws and any associated services, features, or content provided by lv999.

By creating an account, accessing the lv999 platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. lv999 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation (such as government-issued identification confirming age and identity) at its sole discretion. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active account on lv999. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. When registering your lv999 account, the following rules apply:

• You must provide your genuine Bangladeshi mobile number. This number is used for account verification, withdrawal confirmation, and two-factor authentication (2FA) where enabled. It cannot be changed without identity verification.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. lv999 will never ask for your full password by email, phone, or support chat. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.

• lv999 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or pledge your account or any account balance to any other person. Any attempted transfer of an account renders it subject to immediate suspension.

KYC documentation may include government-issued photo identification and proof of the payment method used.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

lv999 operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, deposit amounts, bet stakes, winnings, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in BDT. The following payment terms apply to all transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Funds credited to a player account may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay accounts registered in the player's own name. lv999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five minutes of submission during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high platform traffic or where additional verification is required.
• Deposits made for the sole purpose of immediate withdrawal without any gaming activity — commonly referred to as money laundering or cycling — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
• lv999 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit into a player account. Failure to provide such proof may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is completed.

All bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus offer. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable rollover requirements have been satisfied. Real money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to account verification status.

5Bonuses and Promotions

lv999 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible players once unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts or payment methods constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new registrants only. Players who have previously held an lv999 account under any mobile number are not eligible for new-player promotions.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion. Bonus funds that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry of the promotional period will be forfeited automatically.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

The lv999 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of lv999. Unauthorised use of any lv999 trademark, including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lv999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise:

11Account Suspension and Termination

lv999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Actions that may result in account suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including providing false registration information, engaging in prohibited conduct, or failing to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the specified timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at lv999's discretion. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12Privacy and Data Protection
